Free Delivery

Delivery is free for purchases of €80 or more, regardless of your destination.

Delivery Times

  • 🇫🇷 Metropolitan France: 5 to 8 working days
  • 🇪🇺 European Union & Overseas: 10 to 15 working days

RETURN POLICY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. Legal Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties.

To exercise this right, you can notify us of your decision by email at maisonkarele@gmail.com or by using the standard withdrawal form available below.

Reimbursement will be made within 14 days following the receipt of your withdrawal request (or proof of return shipment, if earlier), via the same payment method used for your purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Customer Responsibility: The Customer is responsible for any depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the jewelry. In the event of a return of a worn or damaged product, Maison Karèle reserves the right to apply a deduction to the reimbursed amount.

2. Exclusion — Personalized Orders

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, personalized orders cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect. This right of withdrawal does not apply to jewelry made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

3. Commercial Policy — Returns & Exchanges (non-personalized jewelry)

Beyond the legal right of withdrawal, non-personalized jewelry may be exchanged or issued a store credit, subject to the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • The jewelry must be returned in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Any request must be accepted by our workshop before the return is made.
